Start with the basic clean. Deep cleaning adds the detail work, and a move-in or move-out clean goes inside every cabinet and appliance so the place is ready for the next people.

Same house, same cleaner, on a schedule that suits you.
Most of our clients are on a plan: weekly, every other week, monthly or seasonal. We usually send the same maid, or the same team of two, every visit. If your regular cleaner is out sick or on vacation, the person covering gets a printed sheet of your house instructions and keeps to your schedule.

Questions people ask before booking
Can I trust you in my house?
Our business runs on reputation. We've cleaned North Shore homes for nearly twenty years without a single issue of trust, and most new clients come to us through a referral from someone we already clean for.
Do you use outside contractors?
Never. We hire and train every cleaner ourselves.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Usually, yes. We assign one maid or a team of two to your house. If they're out, the person covering brings a printout of your instructions and keeps your usual schedule. Tell us if you'd like a call whenever that happens.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
Call us within 24 hours of the visit. We'll come back within 48 hours and re-clean whatever you point out.
Do I need to supply anything?
No. We bring the supplies and equipment. The exception is specialty products such as stainless steel or marble cleaner. Most of what we use is environmentally friendly, and green products are available if you ask for them.
Can you come at short notice?
Often, yes. We take calls and requests around the clock and do last-minute and emergency cleans all week for new and existing clients. For emergencies, call 978-809-5533.
Do you offer plans?
Weekly, every other week, monthly, seasonal and yearly. Your first recurring appointment is 15% off.
